Do you accept NDIS payments?Yes, we currently accept payments from self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants

Are you a registered NDIS provider?Currently we are not a registered NDIS provider however upon opening we will be completing the process of becoming a registered provider. All Ally staff are qualified and experienced so you can rest assured that you or your loved one are in good hands.

When is Ally opening?At this stage Ally is looking at opening between October and December 2023. Enquiries and pre-registrations are welcome.

Do you offer home care assistance or personal care services?No, at Ally we offer mentorship and social support services. Our experienced workers can however offer support to individuals wanting to develop their ability to maintain their home, attend to basic self-care needs etc.

What sort of mentorship do you offer?Some examples of mentorship include: Assisting individuals to engage in activities they enjoy. Mentoring young people through the process of applying for their learners permit, catching public transport, attending groups within the centre and out in the community, preparing for their first job and assisting them through the process, learning basic meal preparation etc. The idea of mentorship is to provide the participant with a support who will encourage and empower them rather than doing it for them.

How do you know what supports I / my dependent requires?We will schedule a time to sit with you before commencing support services to create a support plan that is designed to provide the supports you want. We can tailor support based on your goals.
